Every device on this page runs the whole HaloWiFi platform and appears in the dashboard the same way: adopt it, and its networks, bands and monitoring settings are the pages in this documentation. The products page is the source of truth for specifications and pricing; this page lists what matters when you configure a device.
Infinity
Section titled “Infinity”The WiFi 6 pair: one for ceilings, one for weather. Both run on PoE+ and join a site over the cloud when their QR code is scanned.

Infinity Indoor serves up to 256 clients. Infinity Outdoor reaches up to 180 m with 7 dBi internal antennas. Both support 802.11k, v and r roaming across the site.
Infusion
Section titled “Infusion”Infinity’s radios with a 4G or 5G modem inside, for venues past the last fibre pole and for anything that moves. The modem is the uplink; where a fixed line exists, cellular takes over in under three seconds when it drops. SIMs are procured separately.

Both models add a modem section to their device page in the dashboard, where the APN and carrier login are set.
Inflection
Section titled “Inflection”The first WiFi 7 Halo, indoor only for now. Multi-link operation lets one client use several bands at once, so roaming happens without a handoff.

Halo Core
Section titled “Halo Core”A 1U gateway with no radios. It sits behind the access points a venue already owns and serves the captive portal, RADIUS and bandwidth policy on-box, so an existing network shows up in the dashboard like a Halo one.

Warranty
Section titled “Warranty”Every device carries a one-year warranty. Faulty hardware is handled under the warranty terms sent with the order, not as a refund; contact HaloWiFi at hello@halowifi.com with the serial number from the device page to start a replacement.
